“Ecclesiastes 7:9, keep your anger under control, it is foolish to harbour a grudge “ .

When you lose your temper, you end up saying hurtful things. Have you ever thought of the heartache that your actions may bring. You will never get those moment back, precious time will go to waste, all because of the hurtful things you said in anger and in haste.

When you lose your self-control, you spit out words that you may not mean. At the end you may regret your actions. Patience is better than pride. (Ephesians 4:6, And “don’t sin by letting anger control you, Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry) . Know that when you do not manage your temper, the devil gets the upper hand of you, your anger gives him the opportunity to take advantage of you, for we know what his plans are. (2 Corinthians 2:11)

The Bible makes us know that our anger can never make things right in God’s sight. (James 1:20).

You may not have the chance to laugh with those you love tomorrow. If you really love someone, and your pride has settled in, you may not ever have the chance to say to them again. Show self-control no matter what comes your way.

INSIGHT: A humble person is not weak. When anger is in control, sin and the devil can have a field day.

Now Tell Yourself; I will not let the sun go down while I am still angry, Before I lay my head on the pillow, I will break free from anger.
