All people, even those with little or no knowledge of modern revelation can become more healthy by observing the principles of the word of God. Obeying God’s word will help in developing and strengthening the body and mind, “Acts 1:8 states that; But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witness in Jerusalem and in all Samaria, and to the end of the earth “.
Here God specifically is commanding us, as young people or as youth to be leaders, to lead by example and thus; allowing the Holy Spirit come upon us and to be filled with the power.
It opens our mind to understand God’s instructions to us and to let the world watch us grow in our spiritual walk with Him. Our generation frequently gives our elders good reason to criticize our attitudes and behavior.
But Paul instructions to Timothy was; “let no man look down on you because you are young, but be an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity, 1 Timothy 4:12”, just as he was instructed, as youth we must live a blameless life and be an example to others, so those who are older will not have a reason to look down on us.
Living an exemplary life is not only honouring to God, but it will also stop the mouths of those who would be critical of us simply because we are young.

Very true…. being young is no excuse to live lives displeasing to God…. Some say it’s the period where hormones kick in and therefore we are prone to reckless living.. nah.. our identity is always found in Christ regardless of the age. And therefore we must live like Him. GOD bless you for the post
